一句講晒：你買嘅係一個永久授權，可以喺兩部你自己嘅 Mac 上面用。 軟件係 Ajuby International Limited 嘅，唔係賣畀你，係授權畀你用。 「整理」、「潤飾」同「書面語」用嘅係 Google 嘅 Gemma 模型， 嗰啲模型有 Google 自己嘅條款，你用嘅時候一樣受佢哋約束 —— 下面有講。
The short version: you are buying a perpetual licence to use Cantalkie on two Macs that are yours. The software is owned by Ajuby International Limited and licensed to you, not sold. The clean-up, polish and written-form features use Google's Gemma models, which carry Google's own terms that bind you as well — see below.
你買咗啲乜 What you are buying
- 一個永久、非獨家、唔可以轉讓嘅授權，用嚟喺 最多兩部你擁有或者你日常用嘅 Mac 上面安裝同使用 Cantalkie。
- 授權唔會過期，亦都冇月費。 你買咗嗰個大版本嘅更新係免費嘅。
- 公司或者機構買嘅話，「你」係指嗰間公司，兩部機嘅限制照計。 要更多台數，同我哋講。
- A perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use Cantalkie on up to two Macs that you own or ordinarily use.
- The licence does not expire and there is no subscription. Updates within the major version you bought are included.
- If a company buys it, "you" means that company, and the two-machine limit still applies. For more seats, get in touch.
唔好做嘅嘢 What you may not do
- 唔好將軟件或者授權碼轉售、出租、分發或者公開分享。
- 唔好反編譯或者拆解軟件，除非當地法律明文准許你咁做。
- 唔好移除或者遮蓋版權、商標或者鳴謝聲明。
- Do not resell, rent, redistribute or publicly share the software or your licence key.
- Do not decompile or reverse engineer the software, except where local law expressly permits it regardless of this restriction.
- Do not remove or obscure copyright, trade mark or attribution notices.
Google Gemma 模型 Google Gemma models
Gemma is provided under and subject to the Gemma Terms of Use found at ai.google.dev/gemma/terms.
「整理」、「潤飾」同「書面語」呢幾個功能，用嘅係 Google 嘅 Gemma 模型（gemma-3-text-4b-it 同 gemma-4-e4b-it，經 mlx-community 轉換）。 呢啲模型唔係包喺個 app 入面，係喺你叫佢落嗰陣先由你部機下載返嚟， 之後淨係喺你部機行。
The clean-up (整理), polish (潤飾) and written-form (書面語) features use Google's Gemma models — gemma-3-text-4b-it and gemma-4-e4b-it, in conversions by mlx-community. These models are not bundled with the application; they are downloaded by your Mac when you ask for them, and run only on your Mac.
你下載同使用呢啲模型，即係同意受 Google 嘅 Gemma Terms of Use 同 Gemma Prohibited Use Policy 約束。呢兩份文件係 Google 同你之間嘅事，同你買 Cantalkie 係兩回事， 就算你唔再用 Cantalkie，佢哋對啲模型嘅約束仍然有效。 我哋喺 App 入面「鳴謝」嗰版放咗全文，你都可以撳上面嘅連結睇。
By downloading and using these models you agree to be bound by Google's Gemma Terms of Use and the Gemma Prohibited Use Policy. Those are between you and Google, separate from your purchase of Cantalkie, and they continue to apply to the model weights and anything derived from them even if you stop using Cantalkie. The full text is reproduced in the app's Acknowledgements screen and at the links above.
你唔用呢幾個功能嘅話，完全唔會下載 Gemma。 基本語音輸入用嘅係另一個模型（Qwen3-ASR-1.7B，Apache-2.0 授權），同 Gemma 冇關。
If you do not use those features, no Gemma model is ever downloaded. Core dictation uses a different model — Qwen3-ASR-1.7B, licensed under Apache-2.0 — which is unaffected by any of the above.
開源部分 Open-source components
Cantalkie 用咗唔少開源軟件，每樣都按佢自己嘅授權使用。 完整名單同授權全文喺 App 入面 選單列 → 鳴謝。 嗰份名單係由實際打包出嚟嘅內容自動產生，所以唔會同版本脫節。
Cantalkie is built on open-source software, each component used under its own licence. The full list and licence texts are in the app under menu bar → Acknowledgements. That list is generated from what is actually inside the build, so it cannot drift from the version you are running.
買嘢、退款 Purchase and refunds
付款由 Polar 處理，佢哋係我哋嘅授權經銷商（merchant of record），所以你張收據係佢哋出，稅務上嘅賣家亦都係佢哋。 退款安排見退款政策。
Payments are handled by Polar as our merchant of record, so your receipt comes from them and they are the seller of record for tax purposes. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
保養同責任 Warranty and liability
語音辨認唔會百分百準確 —— 冇一個系統做得到。 軟件係「照現狀」提供，我哋唔保證佢一定啱、一定合你用途、或者一定唔會出錯。 請你自己覆核重要嘅文字先好寄出去。
Speech recognition is not perfect — no system is. The software is provided "as is", without a warranty that it will be accurate, fit for a particular purpose, or free of errors. Please check important text before you send it.
法律容許嘅範圍內，Ajuby International Limited 對間接損失、資料遺失或者收入損失概不負責；而我哋喺任何情況下嘅總責任， 以你為呢個授權實際付咗嘅款額為上限。
To the extent permitted by law, Ajuby International Limited is not liable for indirect loss, loss of data or loss of profit, and our total liability in any circumstances is limited to the amount you actually paid for the licence.
呢一段唔會影響你法律上嘅消費者權利。 如果你係以消費者身分喺英國或者歐盟購買，你嘅法定權利照樣有效， 任何同法定權利有抵觸嘅條款，以法定權利為準。
Nothing here affects your statutory consumer rights. If you bought as a consumer in the UK or the EU, your statutory rights stand, and where anything above conflicts with them, those rights prevail.
終止 Ending the licence
你隨時可以刪除軟件停止使用。 如果你嚴重違反上面嘅條款（例如將授權碼公開派街），我哋可以終止你嘅授權； 我哋會先聯絡你，除非情況明顯係惡意。
You may stop at any time by deleting the software. We may end your licence if you materially breach these terms — for example by publishing your licence key — and we will contact you first unless the breach is plainly deliberate.
適用法律 Governing law
呢份條款受英格蘭同威爾斯法律管轄。 如果你係以消費者身分購買，你仍然可以喺你居住地嘅法院提出訴訟。
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you bought as a consumer, you may still bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live.
