買咗 14 日內，電郵我哋就退款，唔會問長問短。 唔使解釋，唔使填表，唔使證明啲乜。
Email us within 14 days of buying and we refund you, no questions asked. No explanation, no form, nothing to prove.
點樣申請 How to ask
電郵去 hello@cantalkie.com， 用返你買嗰陣個電郵地址，或者喺信入面寫低你嘅訂單編號或者授權碼。一句「想退款」就夠。
Email hello@cantalkie.com from the address you bought with, or include your order number or licence key. "I'd like a refund" is enough.
跟住會點 What happens next
- 款項由 Polar 退返去你原本嗰個付款方式。
- 錢幾時入返你戶口睇你間銀行，一般係幾個工作天。
- 退款之後，嗰條授權碼就會停用，個 app 會返去未授權狀態。
- Polar refunds to your original payment method.
- How quickly it appears is up to your bank — usually a few working days.
- After a refund the licence key stops working and the app returns to its unlicensed state.
不過，不如試咗先 But try it first
個 app 有 14 日全功能免費試用，唔使畀錢、唔使開戶口。 我哋寧願你試清楚啱唔啱使先買，而唔係買咗先發現部機唔夾。
The app is free to try for 14 days with everything switched on — no payment and no account. We would much rather you found out it suits you before paying than after.
如果係遇到問題想退款，不如同我哋講聲。多數情況我哋修得到， 而且你嗰個問題好可能其他人都撞到。當然，你都可以照退，我哋唔會阻你。
If something is going wrong, tell us before you ask for the money back — most things we can fix, and whatever hit you has probably hit someone else. You can still have the refund either way; we will not talk you out of it.
兩部 Mac 嗰個限制 The two-Mac limit
一個授權可以用喺兩部 Mac。換機或者重裝之後唔夠額度用， 唔使買多個 —— 電郵我哋，或者用收據電郵入面嗰條連結自己釋放返一部。
One licence covers two Macs. If you change machine or reinstall and run out of activations, you do not need to buy again — email us, or free one up yourself using the link in your receipt.
法定權利 Your statutory rights
以上係我哋自願提供嘅政策，唔會影響你喺法律下本身有嘅權利。 Polar Software Inc. 係呢單交易嘅授權經銷商（merchant of record）， 軟件本身由 Ajuby International Limited 提供。
This is a policy we offer voluntarily and it does not affect any rights you already have in law. Polar Software Inc. is the reseller and merchant of record for the transaction; the software itself is provided by Ajuby International Limited.
