English, Mandarin and Cantonese — including switching between them mid-sentence. All of it runs on your own Mac.
你要做嘅係開始同停止。中間同之後嗰啲，App 自己搞掂。 You press Start and you press Stop. Everything between and after those two is the app's job.
你把聲同其他人把聲分開錄兩條聲軌 —— 所以個紀錄知道邊句係邊個講。 唔使叫大家裝嘢，唔使叫大家俾同意。 Your microphone and the sound coming out of your Mac are recorded as two separate tracks — which is how the transcript knows who said what. Nobody else installs anything and nobody else has to agree to anything.
Whisper 喺你部機度轉文字。你日曆入面嗰個會議標題同出席者， 會用嚟提示個模型，所以人名同術語準好多。 Whisper transcribes it on your machine. The meeting's title and the people in it — from your own calendar, if you let it — prime the model, which is what makes names and jargon come out right.
一份 Word 文件：摘要、決定咗嘅嘢、待辦同負責人。 連埋完整逐字稿同錄音，一齊擺喺你揀嘅資料夾。 A Word document: a summary, the decisions, and the actions with names against them. The full transcript and the audio are filed beside it, in the folder you chose.
大部分會議紀錄工具係用一個「參加者」身分入你個會 —— 個名會喺出席者名單度出現， 全部人都見到。客戶見到會諗你錄緊佢，有啲公司內部規矩根本唔准。 Most meeting-notes tools join the call as a participant. It appears in the attendee list and everyone sees it. Clients notice that they are being recorded by something, and plenty of organisations do not permit it at all.
講明啲：錄唔錄、幾時同人講，係你自己決定，亦都係你要守返你嗰邊嘅法例同公司規矩。 呢個 App 唔會幫你宣布，亦都唔會幫你瞞住人。 To be plain about it: whether to record, and when to say so, is your decision and your responsibility under your own local law and your organisation's rules. The app neither announces it for you nor hides it for you.
唔係「揀一種語言」，而係一句入面照轉。 「個 deadline 押後咗，但個 budget 未 approve」—— 呢句唔使特別設定。 Not "pick a language" — switching inside one sentence. 「個 deadline 押後咗，但個 budget 未 approve」 needs no setting anywhere.
你揀返你平時開咩會， App 就會識返嗰行嘅名同術語。仲可以自己開個文字檔，寫低同事名、公司名、產品名 —— 改完存檔，下次錄音就用到。 Tick what your meetings are about and the app learns that field's names and terms. You can also keep your own list in a plain text file — colleagues, companies, product names. Save it and the next recording uses it.
呢個唔係一句宣傳。會議紀錄入面通常有第三者講嘅嘢 —— 佢哋冇答應過任何嘢， 所以個 App 由頭到尾冇一個地方會將啲內容寄出去。 This is not a marketing line. A meeting contains other people's words, and those people never agreed to anything — so there is no point anywhere in this app at which the content is sent anywhere.
